Job Description:

We are seeking a Reporting Officer with a strong technical background to oversee regulatory reporting processes. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to extract and validate data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and compliance before creating comprehensive regulatory reports. A solid understanding of the Greek banking regulatory framework is a valuable asset, enhancing the candidate's capability to navigate and adhere to specific requirements. The successful individual will play a critical role in maintaining our organization's compliance and will be instrumental in delivering precise reporting in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit accurate and timely regulatory reports in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary data and ensure data integrity.
  • Analyze regulatory changes and assess their impact on reporting requirements.
  •  Maintain a thorough understanding of regulatory frameworks and ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of reporting processes and controls.
  • Support audits and regulatory examinations by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in regulatory reporting within the financial services industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  •  Proficiency in Excel is essential for this role, as it will be extensively used for data analysis and reporting. Additionally, knowledge of Python and SQL is highly desirable and will be considered a valuable asset, enhancing your ability to manipulate and analyze data effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
